How does the credit system work?
Our platform operates on a credit system where employers can load as many credits as they need. These credits are then used for creating roles, generating tests, and processing candidates. The Pay-as-you-go model charges per action, while the Monthly subscription provides a set allocation of credits each month.
What happens if I exceed my monthly limits on the subscription plan?
If you exceed your monthly allocation on the subscription plan, additional usage will be charged at the pay-as-you-go rates: 1000 € per additional role, 200 € per additional test generation, and 5 € per additional candidate.
Can I roll over unused credits to the next month?
Monthly subscription allocations do not roll over to the next month. Your allocation is refreshed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
How do I know which plan is right for my organization?
The Pay-as-you-go plan is ideal for organizations with occasional hiring needs. The Monthly subscription is best for companies with regular, predictable hiring cycles. The Enterprise plan is designed for large organizations with complex hiring processes and high volume recruitment needs.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time, with the new billing cycle starting immediately. Downgrades will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a minimum contract period?
The Pay-as-you-go option has no minimum commitment. The Monthly subscription has a minimum commitment of 3 months. Enterprise plans typically have custom contract terms based on your organization's needs.
